2. Products & Pricing

All products are handcrafted; slight variations in colour, texture and embroidery are part of the artisanal process and not a defect. Prices are listed in INR and may change without notice.

3. Orders

An order is confirmed only after successful payment. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order for reasons including but not limited to product availability, pricing errors, or suspected fraud.

4. Bespoke & Made-to-Order

Made-to-order and bespoke pieces are non-returnable and non-refundable as they are produced specifically for you. Production timelines are estimates and may vary.

5. Intellectual Property

All content on this site — including images, designs, logos and text — is the property of Mivik Fabrics and Antiques Private Limited and may not be reproduced without written permission.

6. Limitation of Liability

Mivik shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental or consequential damages arising from the use of our products or website.

7. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any dispute shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Mumbai, Maharashtra.
