Domestic Shipping

Free standard shipping across India on all orders above ₹3,000. Delivery in 5–7 business days via our trusted courier partners.

International Shipping

We ship worldwide via DHL and FedEx. Charges and delivery times calculated at checkout. Customs duties and taxes are borne by the customer.

Made-to-Order Timelines

Bespoke pieces take 3–6 weeks to craft. Bridal lehengas may take 8–12 weeks. Your stylist will share a precise timeline at order confirmation.

Order Tracking

Once your order ships, you'll receive a tracking link via email and SMS so you can follow your piece every step of the way.

Returns & Exchanges

Ready-to-wear pieces can be returned within 7 days of delivery if unworn, unwashed and with original tags. Bespoke and made-to-order pieces are non-returnable.

Damaged in Transit

If your order arrives damaged, please email us at [email protected] within 48 hours of delivery with photos. We'll make it right.
