Making a purchase indicates that you have acknowledged, understood, and agree to adhere to the following terms and conditions.
All the sale, discounted, brought with a coupon and gift voucher purchases are non returnable, non refundable & non exchangeable. Please go through the size chart carefully for sale products.
One can initiate exchange of a product if there is a faulty/defective/torn product. Customers can also initiate an exchange if they receive a wrong product which they have not ordered.
Customised or made to order products are not eligible for exchange until there is manufacturing defect. For alterations in customized products, please refer to our alteration policy.
If the product meets the above exchange parameters, the customers can initiate the same on our website under exchange now, this will be approved subject to internal verification by Mivik team and if found satisfactory the same will be approved for exchange, once the same is approved the customer will receive a notification for the same. No exchange can be initiated after 2 days of delivery of the product. Please ensure that the product you return is unused, unworn and the original tags are intact without which the return will not be accepted.
The customer is required to schedule the reverse pick up of the product if the same is approved by Mivik’s team, in case the customer/courier agency is unable to pick up the product, the customer is required to re-intimate Mivik for rescheduling the reverse pick up. The charges of reverse pick up will be borne by Mivik if the above conditions are met for exchange.
Mivik will only refund if the product has manufacturing defects or we are unable to complete the order.
Manufacturing defects INCLUDE– torn fabrics, incorrect printing/embroidery, wrong color, incorrect silhouette.
Manufacturing defects DONOT include – fitting/sizing issues, minor irregularities in printing, embroidery or dyeing, slight colour difference due to photography effects.
You can email your return claim on firstname.lastname@example.org or/through our website. Please ensure that you submit your name, order number and a contact number for our team to arrange a callback. Sharing images of the defect would help us with faster resolution.
Once we receive your claim, we will take 3 working days to redress your concern. If your claim is approved, we will process a refund within 3 working days. Depending on the payment mode and bank you transact with, it should take 7-10 working days for the amount to reflect in your account.
In the case of multiple products being ordered, if for any reason whatsoever, Mivik is unable to deliver a certain product(s), the customer shall be allowed to select an alternate product. However, in case the customer does not wish to select any alternate product(s), Mivik shall agree to either provide store credit to be used for future purchases or refund the amount for that particular product.
The decision to provide a refund lies at the sole discretion of Mivik Fabrics and Antiques Private Limited.
You may place a cancellation request within 24 hours of placing your order. Please reach out to on email@example.com with your name and order number. We would also request you to furnish a reason for cancellation so that we know where we can improve.
There may be certain orders that we are unable to accept/fulfill and must cancel. Mivik reserves the right at our sole discretion to refuse or cancel any order for any reason. Some situations that may result in your order being cancelled include limitations on quantities available for purchase inaccuracies or errors in product or pricing information, or problems identified by our credit and fraud avoidance department. We may also require additional verification or information before accepting any order. We will contact you if all or any portion of your order is cancelled or if additional information is required to accept your order. If your order is cancelled after your credit card has been charged the said amount will be reversed back in your Card Account. The customer agrees not to dispute the decision made by Mivik Fabrics and Antiques Private Limited and accept its decision regarding the cancellation.
We provide 2 rounds of FREE alterations within 1 month of placing the order. Reverse shipment charges are borne by the buyer. We would charge Rs.200 for every reverse pickup request. Re-shipment charges are borne by us.
We recommend that you go through the size chart carefully before ordering. Your item will be altered if there is a size or fit issue. Please make it a point to understand which products are eligible for alterations before raising a request.
Custom Made garments cannot be returned unless they were received as damaged goods or has manufacturing defect and we were unable to provide a replacement. Such items can only be altered or exchanged for the right size.
If all aforementioned conditions are met, please mail us your alteration request at firstname.lastname@example.org with your order number & your custom measurement. Please ensure that the product you return is unused, unworn and the original tags are intact.
Once our team approves the alteration request, you may ship the piece back to the following address. Alternatively, you could also request our Order Management Team for a reverse pick up at an additional charge of Rs.200 per pickup or actual logistic cost whichever is higher. Please ensure that the shipped item(s) are packed securely and safely to prevent any loss or damage during transit.
